Biography
and Professional Background
Alla Moskalets is a Ukrainian behavior analyst, researcher, and founder of the Ukrainian Association of Behavior Analysts (UABA). Since 2010, she has been developing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Ukraine and established one of the country’s first ABA centers in Donetsk in 2014. Later, the center was relocated to Mariupol, providing intensive ABA therapy to more than 250 children with autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, and related developmental disorders.
In 2019, Alla was elected as President of UABA. After the destruction of the Mariupol center in 2022, she joined Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic) as a researcher, launching a participatory project with Ukrainian families to evaluate parent-led ABA interventions.
Her professional interests include the implementation of ABA-based interventions, inclusive education, development of social and self-help skills, and supervision and training for specialists and parents.
